Terms of Service – IProspectMedia LLC
Each user of IProspectMedia LLC is required to agree to the terms of service stated on this page. Any disagreement results in the termination of all services, usage, or consultation from IProspectMedia LLC to the disagreeing party.
Extensive Terms
The terms ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘customer’, and ‘user’ refer to individuals using or reviewing IProspectMedia LLC. The terms ‘company’, ‘us’, and ‘we’ refer to IProspectMedia LLC.
You may request changes when the initial designs are presented. However, once you approve the initial layout, cancellation rights are void, and refunds will not be entertained unless we fail to provide the agreed services, including inner page designs, UI/UX, front and backend development, CMS, deployment, etc.
Refund requests will not be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development is completed or deployed live.
For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the storyboard has been designed.
Policy Changes
IProspectMedia LLC reserves the right to revise, amend, or change the terms of service at any time without official notification. Clients and users are advised to check the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy page regularly.
We do not tolerate unruly behavior, unkind conduct, or any violation of company policies. Clients maintain ownership of their intellectual properties, including logos, content, and branding. IProspectMedia LLC does not claim ownership over a client’s property unless stated otherwise.
IProspectMedia LLC retains rights and ownership of all company resources.
Project Proposal
We offer custom services to accommodate client ideas through our expert teams and online resources. Our former clientele may access our services for future assistance and ongoing support.
Endorsement
IProspectMedia LLC does not determine the type of information shared or how it is presented on a client’s website. Any claims of impropriety should exclude IProspectMedia LLC and its team from liability.
Clients are responsible for defending and indemnifying the reputation of IProspectMedia LLC. In legal disputes, clients must cover legal fees incurred by the company.
Accountability
We strive to ensure a smooth experience. However, we are not responsible for data loss, file corruption, server downtimes, or other technical issues beyond our control.
Clients retain ownership of their brand names, logos, content, graphics, trademarks, and other assets.
Data Loss & Backup
Clients are solely responsible for data backup and security. IProspectMedia LLC is not liable for lost or deleted data.
By using our services, you accept the potential risks associated with online platforms, including but not limited to:
Data transfer interruptions
Website access delays
Unauthorized access to user data
Email communication failures
Errors or omissions in provided services
Terms Violation
IProspectMedia LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any user violating these terms. A single invalid clause does not nullify the entire policy. We continuously refine our policies to maintain fairness and transparency.
Copyright & Trademark
Clients must provide proof of ownership for any intellectual property, including:
Names
Brand names
Product names
Ideas
Logos
Graphics
Trademarks
Content
If a client requires copyright ownership of work completed by IProspectMedia LLC, appropriate documentation will be required. If copyright transfer is denied, clients must respect the company’s decision.
Revision Policy
Revisions are based on the selected package. We allow 2-3 revisions, provided the original concept remains unchanged. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
No Refund for Change of Mind
Once a service is purchased, IProspectMedia LLC will not entertain refund requests due to a change of mind. Clients should carefully review their decision before purchasing.
No Guarantee of Immediate ROI
IProspectMedia LLC does not guarantee an immediate Return on Investment (ROI). Achieving results depends on market conditions, competition, and business strategy.

Refund policies are strictly enforced. Misuse of refund policies will not be tolerated.
